Hugh
Capon
Hugh will be your main contact during the project and is the
executive producer of all Linkvision programmes.
Hugh’s background is in training design and development,
resulting in his appointment in 1985 as head of the Department
of Social Security Training Video Production Unit. After successfully
making hundreds of programmes for the DSS, the unit became
independent in 1996. Work expanded to serve a range of clients
in the public and private sectors and 95% of our business
is repeat business.
Hugh’s role is to ensure the client communication need
is facilitated in a creative way and that this meets the need
of their target audience. This may involve the selection of
some of the best respected and most capable freelance writers,
artists and technicians in the business. Hugh ensures that
timescales and budgets are adhered to and that the end product
fully serves its intended purpose.

Andrew
Brown
Andrew manages post-production and will work with you during
the editing stages of your programme.
Andrew originally trained as a product designer and ran his
own advertising agency and film production company in the 1980’s.
Later he was asked to head up the video production department
for the Wellcome Group of pharmaceutical companies. This meant
filming worldwide and frequent communication at board level.
He chaired the ‘In House Producers Group’ at the
‘International Visual Communication Association’
for several years and joined Linkvision in 1996. Andrew brings
both creative writing and technical expertise to the company.

Liz
Smith
Liz has worked for the company since its establishment in 1996.
Liz brings a wealth of experience to Linkvision as she has worked
in the Television Broadcast Industry, and for many corporate
companies over the last 20 years.
Previously Liz was a Company Administrator managing a Set Design
Company.
Liz also works as a floor manager, working on a whole variety
of broadcast programmes. Liz’s background means she brings
with her experience in casting, crew hire, art direction, floor
managing and administration.
All these positions demand the disciplines of working to strict
budgets and timescales, and the ability to communicate at all
levels. |
