Her Majesty’s Counter Service
Following the success of the IOP video for the DSS and
Post Office Counters, ‘On Her Majesty’s
Counter Service’ was produced to heighten staff
awareness of the need to follow anti-fraud procedures.
By using the light hearted theme of James Bond as an
undercover post office counter agent, the video seeks
to alert staff to a variety of fraud scenarios and the
procedures that should be followed to counteract them |

Call
Centres and the Pension Service
A series of short drama based scenarios that illustrate
a dozen less than straightforward pension enquiries that
have to be dealt with by Pension Call Centre staff. The
situations illustrated are integrally linked with a national
training course to develop the skills of Pension Service
employees in Call Centres both in terms of technical knowledge
and inter-personal skills. |
