their benefits, pensions and allowances by direct payment
.
The video brings to life the variety of different account
options staff may explore with each customer. This presenter
led dramatised video illustrates the vital differences
between a current account, a basic bank account and
the Post Office® card account.

Dealing
with Aggression – in an office
Two scenes from a series of clips based on real life situations
with the video forming an integral part of a national
training course for staff in the Department for Work and
Pensions (DWP). The videos which are always trainer facilitated,
illustrate realistic aggressive situations enabling staff
to develop strategies for dealing with such potentially
explosive behaviour. A scene featuring a young couple
demanding their giro payment in advanced of their pay
